Position Title: Attorney Recruiting Coordinator

Position Summary:
- Coordinate all aspects of talent acquisition including attorneys
- Develop and implement recruiting programs for summer associates both on and off campus
- Schedule interviews, follow up as needed, and coordinate with hiring committee
- Conduct prospect outreach, coordination of work assignments, and training
- Schedule and coordinate training for summer associates
- Coordinate with HR / Talent Acquisition team members to bring on premier talent
- Coordinate and assist with attorney training programs
- Assist attorneys as necessary with performance approvals, reports and meetings
- Coordinate orientation, communication and integration of all new hires
- Develop and present recommendations for improvement based on data
Qualifications Summary:
- Minimum 1 year experience recruiting for a law firm or in a professional services environment
- Experience recruiting on a college campus is an asset
- Highly organized with the ability to schedule and coordinate multiple events simultaneously
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Experience coordinating all aspects of training programs and associated events
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interface with Partners
- Flexibility to work overtime and travel as needed
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
This position offers excellent benefits and very competitive salary, including transportation allowance, cell phone allowance, discretionary bonuses, and 20 days paid vacation/sick time plus holidays. The hours for this position are 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, 37.50 hours weekly. The candidate will need to be available for overtime work as needed. Starting salary is commensurate with experience and education.
