Position Title: Facilities Space Planner
Location: Baltimore County- Towson, MD

Position Description:
- Drafting of basic construction sets in AutoCAD
- Preparing and revising AD drawings
- Working with commercial construction team
- Working with clients
- Assist with furniture orders
- Researching market trends
- Working closely with a team
- Assists with space problems
Qualifications Summary:
- Proficient in AutoCAD
- Familiarity with space planning principles
- Experience producing construction documents
- Familiarity with building codes
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of architectural design process
Education:
- B.S. Degree in Business Administration or related field or four years experience with facilities space management.
