Jones Networking is recruiting for an experienced Commercial Building Maintenance Professional to join a Commercial Property Management Team which offers terrific benefits and a competitive salary. This individual must be experienced with HVAC, plumbing and electrical.
Commercial Building Maintenance Professional Position Summary: – Be able to diagnose and trouble-shoot HVAC issues which includes electronic and pneumatic VAVs and Fan Coils – Be able to oversee HVAC modifications and tenant buildouts – Be able to monitor and adjust HVAC and Building Automation Systems – Be able to conduct property inspections – Be able to perform all preventative maintenance on building equipment – Be able to manage any mechanical third party maintenance contracts – Be able to obtain and review all maintenance services and repairs proposals – Be able to handle and resolve any tenant maintenance issues with Property Management – Be able to perform any other duties as assigned
Commercial Building Maintenance Professional Position Qualifications: – At least 5 years of experience as a Commercial Office Building maintenance technician – Must be able to read and interpret construction plans – Proficient with MS Office and online maintenance work order system (Workspeed) – Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask – Excellent customer service and communication skills – Ability to frequently lift and/or move items over 50 pounds – High School degree or GED – HVAC-R Certification (Preferred)
Approximately $80,000 – $100,000, depending on experience
