Jones Networking is recruiting for a Senior Legal Recruiting Coordinator with the Washington, DC office of an international Law Firm. Senior Legal Recruiting Coordinator Position Summary:
– Coordinate with legal candidates to provide necessary information and schedule interview dates and times.
– Process all applications of candidates and distribute materials to Firm members involved in candidate recruiting process.
– Ensure applicant tracking system remains up to date.
– Coordinate with Firm leadership and administration to provide updates regarding candidate status.
– Collect on-boarding materials, including background check information.
– Draft documentation to facilitate on-boarding and start date.
– Assist with special projects as needed.
  Senior Legal Recruiting Coordinator Qualifications Summary:
– Bachelor’s Degree required.
– Minimum three years of legal recruiting experience required; preferably in a law firm.
– Ability to exercise a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
– Balances competing priorities and works efficiently under the pressure of meeting multiple deadlines.
– A self-starter who desires to show ownership and commitment to the role; accepts responsibility and takes initiative.
– Experience with viRecruit is a plus.
– Strong Excel skills.
