Jones Networking is recruiting a Property Damage Legal Assistant in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Responsibilities of the Property Damage Legal Assistant:
– Manage case files and exceed clients expectations by informing them of their choices after an accident has occurred.
– Communicate with clients, witnesses, insurance adjusters, body shops and car rental offices in order to secure case evidence.
– Document all communication with clients.
– Serve as an empathetic liaison for clients, educating them and guiding them through the process.
– Review police reports and property damage photos.
Requirements of the Property Damage Legal Assistant:
– High School diploma required.
– Strong customer service skills and ability / desire to work with people.
– Extensive understanding of auto insurance claims and coverages is helpful.
– Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
– Ability to work well under pressure and handle high volume of telephone calls.
– Excellent listening skills and compassion.
– Bilingual language skills (English and Spanish) are helpful but not required.
– Willing to train interested candidates.
