Jones Networking is recruiting for an Accounts Payable Specialist with SAP Concur experience to join a Residential Lending Firm in Reston, VA. A/P Specialist Position Summary:
-Enter all accounts payable invoices, update accounts and perform reconciliations.
-Follow up on internal and external A/P activities.
-Ensure all Certificates of Insurance for subcontractors are up to date.
-Process all A/P check and EFT payments.
-Track and reconcile monthly credit card statements.
-Assist with month-end and year-end preparation.
-Ensure payments are made to vendors in a timely manner.
-Verify A/P invoices for payment.
-Assist the Accounting Department with special projects and other financial tasks as needed.
Qualifications Summary:
-Minimum two years of recent accounts payable experience.
-Experience with SAP Concur software is required.
-Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.
-Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
-Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
