Position Summary for the Catastrophic Personal Injury Attorney:
– Manage a caseload of catastrophic / complex personal injury cases from initial consultation to trial.

– Conduct thorough investigations, review police reports, medical records, and expert opinions to build strong cases.
– Prepare legal briefs, develop strategies, and present arguments in court.
– Represent clients in arbitrations and trials, negotiate settlements, and engage with expert witnesses.

Qualifications Summary for the Catastrophic Personal Injury Attorney:
– Juris Doctor from an ABA accredited law school
– Must be licensed NC attorney or able to obtain NC licensure
– Significant experience with catastrophic / complex personal injury cases
– Minimum of five to seven years’ NC plaintiff or defense personal injury practice experience required
– Excellent analytical, oral and written communication skills and attention to detail
– Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume practice
– Outstanding problem-solving skills
– Demonstrate the highest level of personal integrity, client confidentiality and adherence to ethical standards
