Position Summary for the Personal Injury Attorney:
– Evaluate potential new Personal Injury cases and client intake.
– Meaningfully engage with current and prospective clients.
– Oversee the pre-litigation process, including valuation and maximizing claim value while simultaneously ensuring clients receive the care they need to reclaim their lives.
– Conduct settlement negotiations and manage recovery disbursements, ensuring timely resolution of escrows.
– Advocate vigorously in all jurisdictions across the Commonwealth.
– Lead depositions, focus groups, hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences.
– Maintain exemplary client relationships and mentor junior attorneys and peers.

Qualifications Summary for the Personal Injury Attorney:
– Juris Doctor from an ABA accredited law school
– Active license to practice law in Virginia
– Demonstrated experience in personal injury law, including a history of trial successes
– Minimum of two to five years of plaintiff or defense personal injury practice experience required
– Exceptional attention to detail and superb organizational abilities
– Effective communication skills paired with a deep understanding of the real-life implications of personal injury cases on our clients
– A strong desire for responsibility, growth, and success, complemented by outstanding interpersonal skills
