Responsibilities of the Personal Injury Claims Negotiator:

– The Claims Negotiator plays a crucial role in facilitating negotiations that align with the Firm’s organizational goals while maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders.

– Responsible for case evaluations and thorough research & analysis to prepare for negotiations.

– Utilize successful negotiation strategies and develop additional strategies as necessary.

– Engage in discussions with other staff, insurance companies and attorneys to negotiate agreements and settlements.

– Communicate effectively to articulate positions clearly and persuasively while actively listening to counterarguments.

– Document negotiation outcomes.

– Collaborate with internal teams to gather insights and support negotiation efforts.

Qualifications Summary for the Personal Injury Claims Negotiator:

– Proven experience in negotiation or related fields, demonstrating successful outcomes.

– Experience with Auto Accident Claims is beneficial.

– Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret medical data.

– Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade diverse audiences.

– Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with other staff and opposing parties while building collaborative relationships.

– Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
