Jones Networking is recruiting for an Employee Benefits Assistant to join a growing Insurance Agency in Atlanta, GA. The Agency offers an amazing company culture, attractive benefits plan, and works on a hybrid working schedule (2 days in office).

Employee Benefits Assistant Responsibilities:
– Assist Account Managers in client relationship management and client retention
– Efficient timeline and task management
– Client education and training
– Implementation and plan management
– Assist in escalated claims and billing issues for fully insured and self-funded plans
– Maintain accurate data within our client database
– CFO Reporting – maintain an accurate monthly financial analysis

Employee Benefits Assistant Requirements:
– Minimum of 6 months of experience working with employee benefits
– Active Life & Health or Property & Casualty License or willing to obtain within 6 months of employment with company assistance.
– Align with company values
– Willingness to work effectively within a team
– Demonstrates adaptability
– Strong communication skills
– Strong organization skills and computer skills; Level 2 Excel
– Complex client problem solving experience
– Proficient in the use of a personal computer and supporting software including: Adobe Acrobat, MS Office Outlook, Word, and Excel
