Medical Malpractice Trial Attorney
Remote Position in PA, MD, DC or VA
Jones Networking is recruiting for a Trial Attorney to specialize in Medical Malpractice cases. This is a remote position and the Attorney should live in and be licensed in Pennsylvania, Maryland, Washington, DC or Virginia. The Trial Attorney will meet with the Firm’s Attorneys and legal teams in-person periodically.

Responsibilities of the Medical Malpractice Trial Attorney:

– Serve as an ambitious client advocate on nursing home, trucking, and other catastrophic personal injury cases from start to finish.
– Speak to clients, investigate and vet cases, draft demand letters, file lawsuits, conduct discovery, depose witnesses and experts, and try cases.
– Opportunity to work on exciting, sophisticated, important cases; mentoring; and access to a great network of experts, other attorneys, and resources to fight for our clients.
– A chance to develop entirely new practice areas.
Requirements of the Medical Malpractice Trial Attorney:
– Juris Doctor from an ABA accredited law school
– Admission in good standing in PA, MD, DC or VA
– Experience handling nursing home cases and medical malpractice claims
– Problem-solving, creative, hungry professional, eager to obtain justice
– Experience in working with experts and developing expert disclosures
– Experience taking and defending depositions, be intimately familiar with the Rules of Civil Procedure, and should have experience working up complex personal injury matters
– Excellent attention to detail, strong research skills, self-direction, high standards and commitment to the clients, ethics, and learning
– Meet deadlines and furnish work products that have can be filed with the Courts
