Jones Networking is recruiting for an Entry-Level Carbon Fiber Laminator to join a growing Engineering and Manufacturing Company in Denver, NC. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity with significant growth options. NO EXPERIENCE is required, but candidates must have exceptional attention to detail.
Responsibilities of the Entry-Level Carbon Fiber Laminator:
– Handle composite materials and follow established safety procedures.
– Handle laminate composite components using carbon fiber pre-preg and other similar materials, to specifications set by blueprints, layup manuals, and other technical documentation.
– Prepare components for autoclave cure utilizing vacuum bagging techniques (manufacturer breather, bag material kit).
– Prepare tooling patterns and molds using chemical sealers and release systems.
– Fabricate molds from supplied patterns.
– Follow build manuals and quality control processes.
Qualifications of the Entry-Level Carbon Fiber Laminator:
– Associates Degree in a technical field.
– Previous background in Aerospace, Motorsports or Fabrication is helpful.
– Willingness to learn.
– Exceptional attention to detail.
– Be dependable, timely and work well with others; be able to work to tight timelines and work overtime when required by Management.
