Jones Networking is recruiting for an experienced Building Maintenance Technician to join a Property Management Team which offers terrific benefits and a competitive salary. This individual must be experienced with HVAC, plumbing and electrical.
Maintenance Technician Position Summary:
– Responsible for servicing equipment-
– Conducts daily inspections of buildings and property
– Interact with and be responsive to tenant and customer needs
– Monitor, control and executive all routine, special and preventive maintenance and service on various types of building equipment
Maintenance Technician Qualifications Summary:
– HVAC, electrical and plumbing repair
– Maintenance experience
– Excellent customer service skills
– Basic carpentry skills
– Trade school education is a plus
Approximately $45,000-$50,000, depending on experience.
