Jones Networking is recruiting for a Benefits and Retirement Manager to join the Washington, DC office of an international Law Firm. Benefits and Retirement Manager Position Summary:
-Supervise and maintain all benefits related information in Workday for all US and
International benefits programs.
-Work with HRIS Group to resolve Workday configuration issues such as new benefits functionality design, benefits integration files, Open Enrollment setup, and Annual ACA filings.
-Lead all governmental filing for the firm’s Health and Welfare and Retirement Plans including Annual CMS, San Francisco Health Care Ordinance, Form 5500 preparation, PBGC premium filings, and distribution of all required annual notices.
-Oversee retirement plan administrative processes including managing all data requests related to the actuarial valuation, financial audit and non-discrimination testing.
-Review quarterly profit-sharing contribution calculations and annual Cash Balance Plan distribution processes.
-Manage the Qualified Domestic Relations Order process.
-Manage partner benefits programs including retirement plan contributions and distribution processes and partner disability programs.
-Prepare all benefits invoices related to the partner disability programs.
-Manage all aspects of benefit education.

Benefits and Retirement Manager Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree preferred.
-Minimum seven years of progressive benefits experience is required.
-Prior supervisory experience required.
-Working knowledge of Workday HRMS required.
-Strong Microsoft Office skills required.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
-Prior legal experience required.
