Jones Networking is recruiting for a Full Charge Bookkeeper or Accountant to join a fast-growing furniture company that provides high-quality furnishings and extraordinary customer service.
Full Charge Bookkeeper/Accountant Position Summary:
– Maintain financial records
– Perform accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger.
– Manage payroll
– Assist with budget
– Do month end and year end closings
– Assist with audits
– Reconcile all financial transactions
Full Charge Bookkeeper/Accountant Qualifications Summary:
– Proficiency in NetSuite is required
– Excellent attention to details
– Be able to work independently
– Strong communication skills
– Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
– Must have experience with payroll and tax filings is a plus
– A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance , or a related field a must
Salary $80,000, depending on experience
