Creditors’ Rights Attorney
Remote in Greensboro, North Carolina

Jones Networking is recruiting for a Creditors’ Rights Attorney for an opportunity to join a growing Law Firm in Greensboro, NC. The firm’s primary practice areas include foreclosures, evictions, bankruptcy, collections, and general litigation matters focused on landlord/tenant law and other real estate related issues.

Responsibilities of the Creditors’ Rights Attorney:
– Provide direct client interaction and frequent courtroom experience
– Represent clients in court throughout the state of North Carolina
– Prepare, draft, and file legal documents on behalf of clients
– Conduct legal research and analysis
– Advise clients on legal rights, obligations, and strategy
– Negotiate settlements and resolve legal disputes
– Travel to court multiple times per week
– Comply with all applicable legal standards, rules, and regulations

Requirements of the Creditors’ Rights Attorney:
– Juris Doctorate (JD) required
– Licensed to practice law in the State of North Carolina
– Experience in Creditor’s Rights, Landlord-Tenant, or Civil Litigation preferred
– Admission to the three Federal District Courts of North Carolina is a plus
– Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
– 2–5 years of practice experience preferred
– Willingness to travel for court appearances
– Ability to work independently with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Self-motivated, organized, and flexible to assist across the firm as needed
