Position Title: Inside Sales Representative

Position Summary:
- Generate sales of company services, meeting and exceeding monthly sales quotas
- Perform business development by developing, identifying and closing new leads
- Maintain a pro-active selling approach to include extensive telephone cold calling
- Develop network of key vertical participants to gain visibility of emerging opportunities
- Build relationships with clients and prospective clients
Qualifications Summary:
- Ability to identify and influence key decision makers
- Minimum three years inside sales experience preferred
- Knowledge of the residential property management industry desired
- Willing to train an individual with residential property management experience to include property managers, leasing, sales and or marketing experience
- Sound judgment and decision-making skills
- Experience thriving in a commission-driven environment
Base salary +commission/bonuses. Flexibility to work from, VA, DC or MD office, as well as telecommute option.
