Position Title: Lead Case Manager / Personal Injury

Jones Networking is recruiting for a Lead Case Manager to join a growing Personal Injury Law Firm in Charlotte, NC. This role requires previous office management, supervision and team leadership experience. Responsibilities of the Lead Case Manager / Personal Injury:
– Maintain effective communication with attorneys, clients, insurance adjusters, and other professionals to discuss assigned cases or projects.
– Demonstrate key performance indicators and driving tasks to completion with minimal supervisory oversight.
– Communicate daily with insurance and health adjusters regarding policies, PIP logs and statement coordination.
– Schedule doctor’s appointments for clients.
– Verify client’s insurance coverage.
– Request client records from health care providers.
– Understand subrogation liens and dispute unrelated charges.
– Complete balance sheets accurately reflecting Rule 414 payments/adjustments.
– Heavy client contact regarding treatment, scheduling, wage loss, etc.
– Assist with communication between client and adjusters regarding property damage coverage.
Requirements of the Lead Case Manager / Personal Injury:
– At least 2+ years of legal case management experience within a Personal Injury Law Firm.
– High school diploma or equivalent required.
– Ability to effectively oversee a staff of 4-5 employees.
– Ability to lead the office through growth and transition.
– Strong organizational skills.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Understanding of legal language and principles, and other related processes.
– Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
– Ability to function well in a high-paced environment.
– Must be understanding and patient.
– High degree of drive to move tasks to completion.
– Attention to detail.
