Position Title: Legal E-Billing Analyst (Hybrid)

Jones Networking is recruiting for a Legal E-Billing Analyst to join a very prestigious downtown law firm. This company offers a competitive salary with terrific benefits. This is a Hybrid position.
Legal E-Billing Analyst Position Summary:
– Provide instructions and client guidelines to vendors
– Set up client portals
– Establish, maintain and update e-billing processes
– Audit for complete and thorough set-up of newly enrolled e-bill clients
– Audit for complete and thorough set-up for clients moving from one
e-bill platform to another
– Audit for timely timekeeper, rate, budget and approvals
– Troubleshoot any technical issues
– Resolve any complex e-billing issues with clients and/or vendors
– Assist in training any firm e-billing coordinators
– S as a liaison to staff and attorneys to resolve any e-billing issues
– Ensure the highest level of customer service with all levels of internal and external clients
Legal E-Billing Analyst Qualifications Summary:
– A minimum of five years of experience in billing experience, including e-billing experience
– Excellent knowledge of bill processing including policies and procedures and the ability to review and interpret client billing guidelines
– Thorough knowledge of electronic billing processes which include the creation, manipulation and submission of LEDES files
– Familiar with legal vendor electronic billing sites
– Aderant or Elite experience preferred
– Ability to have independent judgment and exercise discretion in the performance of responsibilities
– Ability to respond within a timely and effective manner to sensitive inquiries or concerns
– Proficient project and time management skills
Approximately 74,000-78,000/annually, depending on experience
