Maintenance Technician Position Summary:
- Perform preventative maintenance and repair of all plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance, carpentry, and painting in tenant units as well as building
- Assess maintenance needs, determining appropriate service required for resolution
- Manage service requests and coordinate with team members to resolve them
- Perform apartment turnovers based on vacancy schedule
- Track usage of supplies and notify inventory manager
- Inspect overall property daily, ensuring all concerns are addressed
- Assist with snow removal as needed
- Perform special projects as assigned by Service Manager
Maintenance Technician Qualifications Summary:
- Minimum two years residential maintenance experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- HVAC experience required
- HVAC Certification preferred
- Trade school training and certification a plus
- Able to work a flexible schedule with on call hours
