Position Title: Marketing Coordinator (Hybrid)

Jones Networking is recruiting for a Marketing Coordinator to join an insurance agency in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate will have at least a year of experience working in a marketing role and be an excellent problem solver. The company is known for its amazing company culture and mentorship. Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities:
– Work directly with the Chief Marketing Officer on strategy and marketing agency & vendor management
– Implement client engagement programs that will build relationships and enhance customer loyalty
– Maintain the content calendar and engage with audiences across social media platforms
– Actively engage with colleagues by attending events to capture photos and amplify the agency’s brand both internally and externally
– Utilize a CRM tool to support email campaign management and marketing automation.
– Support client and prospect event planning and execution
– Gather data on market trends, customer insights and the competitive landscape
– Handle administrative tasks including organizing creative assets and reporting
– Execute internal communication campaigns, ensuring messaging that aligns with company culture and marketing goals
Marketing Coordinator Requirements:
– 1-3 years’ experience working in the marketing field
– Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications preferred
– Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), customer relationship management (CRM) tools, and Google Analytics.
– Excellent problem solving skills
– Must be a self starter
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Strong attention to detail
– Ability to think creatively and outside of the box
