Jones Networking is recruiting for a Marketing Coordinator to raise company awareness and to support their Sales Team. Our client is a construction, remodeling and design firm and this role will utilize a variety of online and offline communications vehicles, including; social media, blog posts, photos and video, client interviews, written profiles, direct mail, competitions and media relations. With the construction projects driving much of the content, this role is responsible for promoting projects before, during and after construction.
Marketing Coordinator Position Summary:
-Develop and execute a quarterly content plan, defining and meeting goals for web and social media content and engagement.
-Write content about the projects, as well as industry trends, home maintenance, and other relevant topics.
-Customize and optimize the content, format, and message per channel and audience, paying particular attention to social media and SEO best practices.
-Maintain the company’s social media presence and assist team members in developing and executing their own personal social media and content plans.
-Track project timelines to execute marketing programs throughout the project life-cycle.
-Design and execute direct mailings at various times throughout the project.
-Visit project sites and work with clients, vendors, and coworkers to secure project photography, video testimonials, etc.
-Administer other programs, such as promotional items, head shots, and business cards as needed.
Marketing Coordinator Qualifications Summary:
-Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field required.
-Two+ years of full time, professional marketing experience.
-Experience managing social media campaigns and optimizing content for SEO.
-Design experience preferred. (graphics, photo editing and layout)
-Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
-Strong Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel and Outlook.
-Experience with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.
-WordPress and/or CRM experience is a plus.
