Paralegal Supervisor, Hybrid Remote, Washington, DC

Paralegal Supervisor Position Summary:
-Manage all aspects of the recruiting process for entry-level paralegals, including recruiting, hiring, orientation, and training.
-Coordinate with HR for the recruitment of senior level paralegals.
-Provide continuing legal education by creating, coordinating, and presenting in house training programs.
-Assign projects to paralegals and coordinate  workflow.
-Monitor and manage productivity and resource availability.
-Review and approve billable hours.
-Maintain administrative records, such as attendance and PTO.
-Participate in yearly salary reviews and evaluations.
-Prepare departmental statistical reports.
-Perform other duties as directed by Firm management.

Qualifications Summary:
-Bachelor’s degree required.
-Minimum 3 years as a litigation paralegal.
-Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
-Thorough understanding of the  litigation process and common litigation support and discovery management procedures and concepts.
