Jones Networking is recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join an Architect Firm which offers terrific benefits and a competitive salary. This individual must be experienced with business development, design, construction documents, permits and bidding.
Project Manager Position Summary:
– Will have professional experience as a licensed Architect
– Will lead a team to create spaces for clients
– Be responsible for finished plans specifications and material approval
– Have a diverse knowledge of architecture principles
– Be responsible for managing all phases of the clients needs
Project Manager Qualifications Summary:
– Bachelor’s Degree required
– Must be a licensed Architect
– Project Manager with at least 8 years experience as a licensed Architect
– Advanced techniques and modification experience
– Be able to supervise and guide younger staff in new concepts, objectives and policy matters
– Good written and oral communication skills
– Organized, excellent attention to detail and strong at multitasking
– Ability to work independently and with a team environment
– Ability to prioritize tasks according to importance
– Excellent talent for interacting with people in a positive and courteous manner
Approximately $95,000 – $110,000, depending on experience.
