Project Manager Position Summary:
– Responsible for running several projects at one time
– Responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget
– Responsible for developing and managing a detailed project schedule and work plan
– Responsible for planning and designating project resources, prepare budgets and monitor progress
– Responsible for providing project updates on a regular basis about strategy, adjustments and progress
– Responsible for managing subcontractors and field personnel
Project Manager Qualifications Summary:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management
– At least 5 years of experience working as a Project Manager
– Organized, excellent attention to detail and strong at multitasking
– Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced environment
– Good written and oral communication skills
– Tech savvy and proficient with MS Office Suite
– Desire to grow within the organization
