Jones Networking is recruiting for a Revenue Manager to join a food manufacturing facility in San Antonio, TX. The Revenue Manager will monitor revenue KPI’s at the Texas manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for monitoring line and plant efficiencies, direct and indirect costs, following new item tests, and working cross-functionally to achieve optimal efficiency. Revenue Manager Position Summary:
-Monitor plant’s results vs budget, local cost metrics trends and all related activities
-Quantify and measure financial returns vs. production forecast
-Collaborate with the local Accounting/Finance department on daily reports
-Direct the site to meet optimal financial results, providing guidance to Plant Managers and Supervisors on cost targets and standards
-Monitor and analyze daily production yield, down-time, and labor
-Monitor, analyze, and report period over period actual results against the budget
-Work closely with operations and warehousing leadership to ensure all financial transactions and reporting are complete, accurately, and timely for Work in Process and Finished Goods
-Perform frequent walk-through of local manufacturing site with Plant Leadership to address production, costing issues and efficiency improvements
-Work closely with R&D and Operations on new items and test runs
-Work closely with Senior Revenue Manager and Revenue Costing Director on local projects
-Document short and long term department goals and objectives
-Assist Revenue Team as needed
Revenue Manager Qualifications Summary:
-Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent field
-Minimum 5 years experience in a reporting capacity
-Minimum 3 years of manufacturing / production industry experience
-Understanding of operations, planning and forecasting as it relates to a company’s P&L
-Self-starter with experience working independently
-NetSuite and/or Plex software experience is a plus
