Jones Networking is recruiting for an Inside Sales Supervisor to oversee an inside sales team of three individuals that work hybrid remote. Sales Supervisor Position Summary:
-In coordination with the Director of Sales, this role provides leadership to the Sales Coordinators including proactive guidance, troubleshooting support, and issue escalation in accordance with company guidelines and standards.
-Cross-train current sales support members across all sales channels
-Generate periodic sales reports for presentation across all sales channels
-Identify process improvements to alleviate and reduce errors
-Maintain and update pricing contracts, customer reports, sales forecasts, and budgets for assigned sales channels
-Process client forms for new and existing customers and vendors in support of the sales process
-Create, maintain, and review marketing related materials
-Update, maintain, and review price lists on established pricing structures
-Work closely with all assigned customers to meet and exceed their customer needs
-Create and generate ad hoc reports for management review as requested
-Track the Sales teams performance to identify sources of errors and trends
-Provide feedback to Sales Support Manager regarding team performance

Qualifications Summary:
-Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field required
-Strong working knowledge of Office 365
-Minimum three years of progressive experience serving in a Sales Support role
-Minimum one year of supervisory experience
-Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and customers in a courteous and professional manner
-Strong leadership skills
-Knowledge of food services and/or manufacturing industry desired
-Ability to effective work within established deadlines
