Jones Networking is recruiting for a Senior Construction Manager to join a Residential Property Management Company in New York City. Senior Construction Manager Position Description:
-Manage multiple projects simultaneously in various phases of development.
-Meet established goals including speed to market, quality, and budget.
-Track project finances and provide status updates regularly.
-Plan and manage multiple projects including residential unit upgrades, interior and exterior renovations, roof replacements, facade improvements, mechanical systems, common areas and parking lot and garage redesign.
-Manage multiple projects at various phases and in various locations, from project identification through design, planning, financial approval, permit issuance, construction, and financial closeout.
-Provide full accountability for end-to-end management of projects.
-Lead project teams consisting of architects, design engineers, general and specialty contractors, real estate brokers and environmental consultants.
-Provide weekly project activity updates regarding schedule, budget, and risk.
-Develop project goals and scope of work.
-Prepare project documentation.
-Manage vendors to ensure full compliance with all project policies and procedures.

Qualifications Summary:
-Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management or related field.
-Minimum ten years of project management experience in all aspects of design and construction.
-Certification in architecture, engineering, or project management preferred.
-Experience with project scope development, budgeting, scheduling, and contract negotiations.
-Experience with multifamily residential renovations preferred.
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
-Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
