Jones Networking is recruiting for an experienced Senior Litigation Paralegal to join a leading Law Firm in Raleigh, NC. Our client offers a competitive salary, monthly bonus and generous benefits including health insurance, 401(k), PTO, disability and life insurance.
Senior Litigation Paralegal Responsibilities:
– Manage the lifespan of litigation cases, overseeing all phases from initiation to resolution
– Effectively communicate with clients regarding discovery and case updates
– Possess knowledge and skills associated with filing documents with North Carolina and federal courts
– Ensure litigation deadlines are met by prioritizing tasks, and implementing time management strategies and communicating with attorneys and litigation team
– Accurately answer requests for discovery; serve and update supplemental discovery documents
– Participate in trial, deposition and mediation preparation
– Effectively lead and coordinate legal assistants, overseeing tasks to ensure optimal productivity and success
Senior Litigation Paralegal Requirements:
– 5+ years of NC personal injury litigation experience
– Minimum of 8 years experience with case management software
– Excellent grasp of Microsoft applications
– Strong work ethic
– Very strong attention to detail/Problem-solving skills
– Leadership/team management skills
