Trademark Docketing Specialist Position Summary:
-Docket deadlines and manage databases of US and foreign Trademark registrations and applications.
-Monitor and enter all deadlines and other relevant information into the docketing system.
-Update attorneys and paralegals regularly ensuring all interested parties are apprised of upcoming deadlines.
-Generate and update status reports regularly.
-Correspond with clients regarding issuance of Trademark registrations.
-Review correspondence, inputting and verifying deadline dates into the docketing system, and publishing docket reminders.
-Process filing receipts, review documents, and determine docketing dates.

Trademark Docketing Specialist Qualifications Summary:
-Minimum two years of Trademark Docketing experience with US and foreign Trademark registrations and applications.
-Working knowledge of docketing software products; WebTMS a plus.
-Bachelor’s degree preferred.
-Ability to organize and prioritize numerous tasks and complete them under time constraints.
-Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
-Excellent communication skills.
-Highly detail-oriented and organized.
-Strong proofreading skills.
