Data Entry Supervisor Responsibilities:
– Responsible for entering information from vendor invoices accurately to create customer billing and vendor payment vouchers.
– Ensure accuracy through review of daily reports and activities.
– Supervise and coordinate activities of the Data Entry Team.

Data Entry Supervisor Requirements:
– Two plus years of data entry, customer service or related experience.
– Proven experience managing others; self-starter motivated to lead the Data Entry Team.
– Comfort with Salesforce and like platforms and the willingness to learn and grow with changing technology and processes.
– Independent thinker with the ability to thrive as a part of the customer focused team.

– Excellent time management, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
– Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills (written and verbal).

– Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with  customers, managers, vendors, and fellow team members.
– Self-driven to independently produce results.
– Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
– Willingness to bring new ideas, positive energy, and a sense of urgency to  the Data Entry Department.
