Position Title:  Real Estate Developer
Location: Hunt Valley, Maryland
Industry: Commercial Real Estate Development Firm

Position Summary:

1. Participate in acquisition efforts.
2. Negotiate contracts (with support of legal counsel).
3. Understand and facilitate development projects.
4. Coordinate engineering and feasibility studies.
5. Coordinate financing and refinancing.
6. Bid and negotiate insurance and utility contracts.
7. Participate in special projects.
8. Possess some understanding and knowledge related to legal.
9. This position will require the ability to negotiate real estate related contracts.
10. Prepare documentation including real estate purchases or sales closings.

Qualifications Summary:

1. Four year college degree (minimum).
2. Must be able to multi-task and be organized.
3. Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
4. Grammar, spelling, writing abilities crucial.
5. Self motivated, team oriented, willing to take direction.
6. Legal or real estate background is needed.
