Position Title: Service Technician
Location: Wood Lawn, Maryland
Industry: Residential Apartments
Position Description for the Service Technician:
—Daily maintenance of the community
—Excellent customer service
—Handle resident service tickets
—Perform scheduled maintenance turnover work on vacant apartments
—Maintain all storage facilities
—Keep records
—Retrieve any visible trash
—Maximize appearance of communiity
—Comply with company polices
—Provide on call maintenance as scheduled.
Qualifications Summary for the Service Technician:
—High school diploma or GED
—Prior multi-family service experience preferred
—Knowledge of proper use of various tools
—Ability to lift 50 lbs
—HVAC certified preferred
Housing is something that maybe negotiated
Driver’s license and own transportation needed
